Jobs Description

Promote and sell a wide range of automotive and industrial lubricants to distributors, workshops, retailers, and end-users.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory or customer segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and offer after-sales support.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
Deliver product presentations and technical training to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment in promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Prepare and submit timely reports, including sales activity, forecasts, and customer data.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in lubricants, automotive products, or related industries
Strong technical understanding of lubricant applications in automotive and/or industrial sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and result-oriented with strong time management skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
