Jobs Description

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and action plans for property projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Manage and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, agents, and business partners.
Oversee property presentations, client meetings, and site visits to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Monitor the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align promotional strategies and branding.
Train and coach sales team members to improve product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of sales management experience in the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth understanding of property sales processes and market dynamics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
