Jobs Description

  • Advise and assist the CEO in managing and operating activities related to retail customers/debt handling at Company.
  • Direct research and analysis of market, territory, competitors, and customers in the retail segment to advise and assist the CEO in developing appropriate strategies and business plans.
  • Develop specific monthly/quarterly/annual activity plans for retail customers/debt handling based on the bank’s overall plan; organize implementation, monitor activities, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Manage and develop relationships with retail customers/debt handling.
  • Manage, train, and develop staff in the retail customer/debt handling segment under assigned responsibility.
  • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports related to retail customer/debt handling activities as required by the CEO.
  • Perform other professional and operational tasks directly assigned by the BOD/CEO.

Jobs Requirement

  • Degree: University graduate or higher in majors such as Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Auditing.
  • Professional certificates: Banking credit operations.
  • Specialized knowledge: Deep understanding of banking operations, various types of risks in banking activities (credit risk, operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk, etc.), and related legal regulations, NBC.
  • Professional experience: At least 8 years of experience working in financial institutions.
  • Management experience: Minimum of 3 years in managerial positions in retail business development.
  • Regulations and ethics: Thorough knowledge of credit regulations, processes, standards, and professional ethics.
  • Legal knowledge: Strong understanding of the Law on Credit Institutions, Enterprise Law, Civil Law, banking regulations, and related legal frameworks. Ability to analyze and assess the impact of state regulations on retail banking activities.
  • Banking operations: Good knowledge of banking operations, activities, and products/services, with broad and comprehensive expertise in retail credit.
  • Strategic understanding: Familiar with the bank’s strategic objectives, business model, and the regional business environment.
  • Team management: Experience in developing and managing sales teams.
  • Strategic input: Ability to propose ideas/initiatives, advise leadership on business orientation (from products to markets and customer segments), thereby improving overall performance of units across the system and creating differentiation and competitive advantage compared to other banks.
  • Language: Fluent in Vietnamese/Khmer/English, Vietnamese is required.
