• Graduated from university or higher in majors related to Economics, Finance, Law, Human Resource Management, or equivalent fields.
• Experience in human resources (recruitment, training, compensation, employee management) is a significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of labor laws, legal regulations related to HR, and HR management practices.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment channels, with the ability to screen applications, conduct effective interviews, and build employer branding.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs, developing human resources, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of salary, bonuses, allowances, benefits, insurance, and state regulations.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff across departments and with superiors.
• Problem-solving: Ability to analyze and resolve HR-related issues.
• System thinking: Ability to think systematically and comprehensively to propose HR solutions aligned with the bank’s business strategy.
• Fluent in Vietnamese/Khmer/English, Vietnamese is required
• Proficient in office software tools and HR management systems.
