Jobs Description

You are responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Brand promotion in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant evens or other suggested program; you might consider and included into your task and duties responsibility.
Training and coaching new and current employees on proper customer service practices with implementation on policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
In addition, you oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers is also included in your professional responsibility.
Further job requirement will be assigned by you Management Level.

Jobs Requirement

College degree is preferred. Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Knowledge of computer (MS word, Excel, and Internet Usage)
Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
