Jobs Description

Controlling, monitoring, and maintaining the inventory stock of employee uniforms.
Processing and issuing uniforms to new and current employees.
Planning, organizing, and executing employee birthday celebrations and other internal staff events.
Managing and maintaining the staff attendance system (e.g., fingerprint records).
Preparing, analyzing, and reporting on daily and monthly employee attendance records for management review.
Assisting with administrative tasks related to job requisitions, onboarding, and offboarding.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Manager to support the overall objectives of the HR department.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree
Basic Human Resources or relevant field
Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and e-mail). knowledge of Finger Print System is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management.
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Good personality and team work
Be responsible, trustworthy and respectful
Be flexible, smart and faster.
Especially good responsibility and knowledge of job objective and matter.
