Jobs Description

  • Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to source high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Design, plan and execute branding activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring diversity, and report regularly to HR Manager.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining engagement.
  • Overseeing exit interviews to identify the cause of turnover, calculate employee. engagement metrics, like retention and turnover.
  • Create and deliver employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Monitor all related employee onboarding and out-boarding processes.
  • Organize mid-year and annual performance review.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather insights on engagement and performance, then use these insights to inform HR strategies.
  • Deliver and report to the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees in collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Stay updated on best practices in both recruitment and employee engagement to drive continuous improvement in these areas.
  • Other task assigned by line manager.


Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and HR Field.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to presentations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Good knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Good at Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good in English.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
  • Understanding of labor law and market HR practice.
