Jobs Description

Update daily sales report (Excel & System).
Update Aging Report.
Update Daily Collect Payment Report.
Collect shipment bill from operation team.
Issue all payment invoice.
Write a receipt after receiving payment from the customer & scan.
Prepare summary invoice and scan.
Organize the relevant document and send them to customers.

Jobs Requirement

Experience in accounting or other related fields.
Able to use Ms. Word and Excel.
Knowledge in accounting system.
Faster learner and willing to learn to new things.
Hard working and be committed.
English & Chinese (at least able to read and write)
