General Responsibility

• Be responsible for processing the work of Loan Processing Section and accountable for the assignment to Loan Processing Officer.
• Comply with all rules, regulations, orders, policies, or other guideline stipulated by the Branch.
• Performs branch’s assignments in accordance with Head Office’s directives, regulatory guidelines and requirements and prudent practice to achieve the business and profit objectives of Branch.

Accountability

• Monitor and maintain updated record for collection of installment dues and repayments.
• Advise customers on the payment status (such as principal, interest and fees) of their loans.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and repayments of Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
• Review and check vouchers / documents to ensure completeness, timely and in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and regulations.
• Activate, maintain and update interest rates and preferential pricing, special conditions, expiry dates and collaterals in the various systems in line with the borrower's status.
• Check and ensure new valuation and up-dated valuation of the collateral are properly addressed to the Bank.
• Monitor and maintain updated record for collection of installment dues and repayments.
• Maintain a proper record and an up to date filing of all documents in the credit files.
• Report and trace to Marketing Dept. for collateral to be expired or already expired.
• Prepare reports to be submitted to local authority, Head Office and Management of the Branch Undertakes any other assignments assigned by Management.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Management.
