Jobs Description

  • Ensures the growth of VAS client portfolio and work diligently to achieve and exceed the assigned sales and revenue target
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to gain acquisition and retention
  • Be the business consultant in introducing Company’s solutions to help customers better managing their business
  • Expand customer relationship in any ways to maximize cross sell and gain new business opportunities
  • Be always attentive to customers' needs and offer the applicable product suit to customers that help them grow
  • Closely follow up on users 'experience with members who subscribed Company's solutions to ensure customers satisfaction
  • Handle the customers' issues or complaints effectively with providing the appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate appropriately on any potential matters that impact the business reputation or operation
  • Represents and assists the company in establishing and maintaining market position by keep abreast in the product knowledge and company information
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner to stakeholders
  • Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions
  • Plan approaches and pitches, work with relevant teams to develop proposals that speak to the clients' needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Prospect for potential new network and turn this into increased business
  • Assist in developing strategic relationship with members or potential members
  • Assist in design terms of business agreement
  • Attend industry functions to ensure updates of market information / trend
  • Assist Company management with other tasks as required
  • Take initiatives in doing other tasks appropriately
  • Other duties as assign by supervisor or line manager

Jobs Requirement

  • University Degree of Business Management or related fields with minimum two years' relevant work experience
  • Experience working with business development or sale management
  • Good knowledge of financial sector
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Has an enthusiastic attitude towards building a career as a Senior Sale Manager / Project Manager
  • Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to details
  • Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
  • Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
