Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with IFRS and Cambodian accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with recommendations.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor manufacturing costs (raw materials, packaging, labor, overhead).
• Analyze cost of goods manufactured (COGM) and cost of sales (COGS).
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising GMP and quality standards.

Inventory & Manufacturing Finance

• Oversee inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper stock valuation, expiry tracking, and provision for obsolete or expired materials.
• Work closely with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams on inventory accuracy.
• Support production planning with financial insights.

Tax, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections and audits.

Internal Control & Risk Management

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Ensure segregation of duties and fraud prevention measures.
• Review SOPs related to finance, procurement, and inventory from a financial perspective.

Management Support & Strategic Planning

• Provide financial analysis to support pricing, tenders, and investment decisions.
• Support management with profitability analysis by product and customer.
• Participate in strategic planning, expansion, and capital expenditure evaluation.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and develop finance and accounting staff.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate reporting.
• Promote confidentiality and ethical financial practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, FMCG manufacturing, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and inventory management.
• Solid understanding of tax and regulatory compliance in Cambodia.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
