Jobs Description

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning, pest control, and termite control worksites
Ensure all services meet company standards, customer requirements, and safety procedures
Monitor correct use of chemicals, equipment, and PPE
Prepare QC inspection reports and corrective action plans
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
Support audits and internal quality improvement programs
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff
Cleaning procedures and standards
Pest control & termite treatment methods
Safe chemical handling and storage
Health, safety, and environmental practices
Conduct refresher training and skill assessments
Maintain training records and competency evaluations
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, MSDS, and safety regulations
Promote safe working culture and proper PPE usage
Assist in updating SOPs, training manuals, and technical guidelines
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Site Supervisors
Provide technical support to field teams
Prepare monthly QC and training reports for management

Jobs Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Environmental Science, Public Health Or related fields
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in: Cleaning services Pest control / termite control, QC or technical training
Experience in training or supervising technicians is an advantage
Pest control and termite treatment methods
Cleaning chemicals and equipment
Safety procedures and chemical handling
Good training and presentation skills
Ability to inspect, analyze problems, and provide solutions
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Khmer: Fluent (speaking, reading, writing)
English: Basic to intermediate (preferred for reporting and training materials)
High attention to detail
Responsible and disciplined
Good leadership and coaching mindset
Willing to travel to project sites
Office-based with frequent site visits
May require work outside normal hours depending on operations
