Jobs Description

Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning, pest control, and termite control operations at assigned sites
Plan and arrange manpower deployment, duty rosters, and job assignments
Monitor service quality and ensure work is carried out according to company standards and client requirements
Conduct site visits, inspections, and follow-ups to ensure compliance and performance
Handle operational issues, complaints, and urgent service requests
Coordinate with supervisors and technicians to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, chemicals, and PPE at all sites
Monitor stock usage at sites and report shortages or misuse
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Prepare operational reports, site records, and service checklists
Support audits, inspections, and client meetings when required and perform other

Jobs Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field
Technical knowledge or certification in cleaning, pest control, or termite control is an advantage
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or site supervision
Experience in cleaning services, pest control, facilities management, or similar field-based operations are preferred
Strong coordination and manpower management skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to handle operational pressure and urgent issues
Good communication skills with staff and clients
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Willingness to travel and perform site visits
Hands-on, proactive, and responsible
Able to work independently and lead site teams
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or emergencies
Strong discipline and leadership presence on-site
