Jobs Description

Set up, develop and implement company-wide procurement policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with suppliers, and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations.
Managing vendor performance Evaluate performances of sub-contractors.
Mitigate risks and implement risk management to minimize business disruptions.
Strategic sourcing of Services, Identifying the company's needs for raw materials, goods, and services and then researching and selecting suppliers that can meet specifications for quality, cost, and lead times.
Offer costing to Sale/KAM team base on inquiries.
Implement the flow to follow up the accuracy and timeliness of supplier invoice.
Survey and evaluate performances of sub-contractors.
Managing the procurement budget, ensuring payments are processed correctly by working with OPS Fin, and driving cost savings through smart purchasing.
Others task assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree of BBA, International Business, Logistics or related field.
Strong skill understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skill.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Import & Export, Vendor Management, Sourcing and Negotiation.
