Procurement Strategy

• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement supports project delivery.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate material and supplier needs.

Material Planning

• Prepare and manage material plans for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to forecast and schedule material requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of resources to avoid project delays.

Supplier Management

• Maintain and update supplier lists with reliable and qualified vendors.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
• Lead supplier searching and sourcing to expand procurement options.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

Financial & Cash Flow Control

• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure savings targets are achieved.
• Align procurement schedules with company cash flow planning.
• Manage supplier payment terms and ensure timely disbursements.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in English and Khmer (business communication, reporting, presentations)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and financial control.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the construction industry or related technical sectors preferred.
