Jobs Description

Write minute’s agenda meeting for OPS and Inspectors and submit to Top management and department concerns.
Attend the meeting with clients,
Issued security guard promote and demoted form and summit to HR department.
Report any incident cases to John and department concerns.
Tracking new and terminating contracts with relevant people and note on whiteboard.
Prepare JD for new posts. (Khmer and English versions)
Quick respond to any complaints from clients and report to OPS manager.
Manage and Control all zones and Alpha Base
All actions taken have to summary personal reports to the OPS Manager (Management).
Control all chat group and general situation of operation.
Prepare all documents for clients required.
Report the general situations and the manpower at J Trust Royal Bank, SME Bank and Phillip Bank into the group.
Flexible to do the task which assign by management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree or other related fields
At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position; experience working as a security Operation, other security-related job.
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independent and work under pressure and multi jobs
Self‐motivated to learn new concepts
Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Advance Excel)
Strong numeracy skill and Keen attention to detail
Be able to Read and write in English
Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situations
Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours
Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control
Excellent team-building and leadership skills
Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule
Honest, working hard, and quick learner
