Jobs Description

Lead and supervise logistics operations (import/export, transportation, warehousing).
Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking, and customs brokers.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports for management and suggest process improvements.
Supervise and mentor logistics team members, providing training and guidance.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor KPIs (delivery time, accuracy, cost efficiency) and report performance to management.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
Coordinate with finance and accounting on billing, invoicing, and cost control.
Support in planning warehouse capacity, stock movements, and inventory management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics/shipping.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade documents.
