Jobs Description

Prepare monthly sales activities/project pipeline report in order to follow up the project more effectively and efficiency.
Maintain responsibility for performance of sales activities for the whole department.
Field Sale visit with Sales Team to introduce company and gain more prospects.
Keep following up with Sales Team to make sure that their orders are well aware in advance
Provide the technical or marketing support for the benefits of our customers and Sales team.
Keep regularly visiting customers or projects to strengthen the communication;
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Meet personal and department sales targets/KPI.
Maintain and expand customer database for whole team
Support on AR collection and monitoring it limit.
Other tasks as assigned by Management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Management ,IT , Electrical Engineer is a plus or other related degree.
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
Communication skills in speaking/writing English.
Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong skill in time management, leadership and problem solving.
Be able to work under pressure.
At least 5 years sales experience in construction industry and knowledge of electrical and/or building materials is a plus
