Jobs Description

Control and maintenance all items/stock in warehouse;
Make sure all items are in good manner and tidy;
Make sure the stock is being stored in self and good condition;
Firmly check and record all in/out stock process;
Follow required procedures for stock control and management;
Protect all unauthorized person coming into warehouse;
Work with accounting department to reconcile stock in/out process;
Consistently count physical stock compare to stock in report;
Organize stock card, tool card, machinery card and warranty card;
Implement machinery maintenance schedule;
Process PO to accounting department for more stock demand to supply to the needs;
Check quality or situation of items before taking into warehouse and give notification in case any problem found;
Prepare weekly and monthly stock report as required;
Other task assign by management team

Jobs Requirement

High School or University degree in accounting or related field;
At least 3-year experience in warehouse control/management;
Good computer literature Ms. Office (Ms.Words/Excel);
Good understand in stock in/out procedure;
Good knowledge in stock arrangement system;
Good communication skills;
Be excellent in math and physical count;
Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated;
Able to work under pressure and good at team work;
Able to work overtime and weekend;
