• Guest Satisfaction & Service Quality
• Ensure tables are set, filled, and ready for service.
• Serve tables and make food & drink recommendations to upsell.
• Handle food running and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Take an active role in the food pass (expediter), coordinating orders and communicating with the kitchen.
• Follow the Service Standards set in the Service Sequence Guidelines and anticipate guest needs.
• Address any guest complaints and ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Operational Efficiency
• Ensure sufficient stock levels and mise en place.
• Monitor food and beverage waiting times and communicate any delays.
• Report equipment defects, breakages, and low-running items to Management.
