Jobs Description

Ensure all required reports are implemented
Ensure brand availability and visibility target are made by Sup/ Executive
Ensure the canvassing plan is followed by Supervisor, Sale Executive
Control monthly area volume is achieved by Supervisor/ Sale Executive
Strategy the sale distribution target is achieved
Ensure & monitor the excellence execution of any programs giving service on time in full.
Ensure Pricing compliance to trade by conducting price check
Activities report to Management on time
Develop and maintain strong relationship with key trade partner to gain solid support for Brands.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sale marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
Able to control team and negotiation
Job training skills
Motivating, coaching and developing people
Good in English Communication
Able to use Microsoft Office
