Jobs Description

Assist, coordinate and help the F&B Department in opening the Coffee shop, restaurant and minimart for smooth operation.
Control and monitor the inventory from equipment’s going to raw materials that has used.
Monitor the daily sales and submit the report twice a week.
Coordinate and contact the new or old supplier for procurement process.
Suggest and propose a new menu for coffee and restaurant.
Provide orientation and service training to newly hired F&B staff.
Resolve the issues and concerns raised by staff.
Coordinate, collaborate and communicate with the Regional Station Manager on implementing the F&B offsite.
Oversee the day-to-day operation and updates on field remotely.
Perform another related task that assigned by the head of F&B department.

Jobs Requirement

Graduate in Bachelor Degree in Hotel, F&B management or restaurant management
At Least 2-3 years of experience in F&B Industry
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Ability to coordinate to the different F&B station and meet financial targets
Communication and leadership skills
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Proven food and beverage management experience…
