Jobs Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Post job ads and screen candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring
Maintain employee records and HR database
Support onboarding and employee engagement
Assist in HR policies and procedures
Handle other HR administrative tasks

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 year of HR experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Khmer
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
