Jobs Description

Source electrical accessories (materials), lighting indoor & outdoor (Decoration) and other items under logs & purchasing department scope.
Liaise with oversea suppliers via e-mail, phone, social network under company business account.
Pricing with suppliers oversea for quotation & negotiation as per instruction.
Assist to get quoting from Logistic/Forwarder Company
Preparing PO-Oversea with supporting quotation & docs for approval
Maintain purchase files and records
Assist and handling the whole purchasing transaction from quotation until good arrive at our warehouse.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
At least one years’ experience at relevant position
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Be able to write and speak Chinese and English.
Trustworthy and professionalism
Strong interpersonal talent and high motivation
High patient and strong commitment
A good listener and empathy
Result-oriented, clear-cut and quick decisiveness and critical thinking
