• Lead the classroom confidently when the teacher is unavailable.
• Understand and support the Montessori curriculum and daily classroom activities.
• Teach Khmer reading, writing, spelling, and grammatical structures for Grades 1–4.
• Manage student behaviour positively, consistently, and professionally.
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and record keeping.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to maintain a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment.

• Native Khmer speaker with excellent spoken and written Khmer.
• Strong knowledge of Khmer literacy, reading, writing, and grammar.
• Experience working with primary-aged children is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good English communication skills.
• Cambridge qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
