Jobs Description

1. Production & Product Development

  • Lead new product development and innovation based on market trends and customer needs. ensure consistent product quality through recipe standardization and regular quality checks. oversee daily bakery production to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets.
  • Manage raw material inventory, ordering, storage, and ingredient usage efficiently. continuously improve recipes, production processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor food cost, product yield, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct product testing, shelf-life evaluation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and marketing teams on new product launches and ingredient sourcing.

2. Team Leadership & Training

  • Lead and develop bakery team performance.
  • Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Build a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce development.
  • Promote continuous improvement and employee engagement.

3. Factory Administration & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
  • Monitor ingredient usage, yields, and food costs.
  • Control inventory turnover, waste, and stock losses.
  • Support labor and production efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with finance and purchasing on cost control and forecasting.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Jobs Requirement

  • Strong knowledge of bakery and food manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in product costing and commercial production. understanding of HACCP, GHP and food safety standards.
