Jobs Description

1. General Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across departments and facilities.
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, facility maintenance, company vehicles, and security.
  • Supervise admin staff including receptionists, cleaners, and drivers.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with external vendors and service providers.

2. Regulatory & Documentation Support

  • Ensure proper documentation handling in support of GMP, ISO, and other pharmaceutical audits.
  • Maintain and control confidential employee and operational records.
  • Assist QA/QC teams with administrative support during regulatory inspections.

3. Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor law and internal SOPs.
  • Manage recruitment process: job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Oversee staff performance management, probation tracking, and evaluations.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, employee handbooks, and job descriptions.

4. Payroll & Attendance

  • Supervise timekeeping, leave management, and attendance tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with finance on monthly payroll processing and related deductions.
  • Handle employee benefits, NSSF, health insurance, and compliance with tax regulations.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Lead internal communication, staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor discipline, handle warnings or dismissals according to company policy and labor law.

6. Training & Compliance

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs (e.g., GMP training, HSE awareness).
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations in cooperation with the Safety Officer.
  • Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives.

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. (Master Degree would be priority)
  • 3+ years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, labor law, and compliance standards in a regulated industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and document control systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Khmer.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
