1. Maintenance Operations Management

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
• Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices across all facilities and equipment.

2. Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, and develop the maintenance team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs to enhance technical competencies and productivity.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

3. Budget and Resource Management

• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising operational performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, equipment, and external service providers.

4. Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance-related projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.

5. Safety, Compliance, and Quality

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Promote a strong safety culture and implement initiatives to prevent workplace incidents.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience,
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance (MEP)
• Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in maintenance planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
