1. Maintenance Operations

• Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance and repair works for playgrounds, machines, air conditioners, lighting, and facilities.
• Create and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Ensure timely response and repair for all emergency maintenance issues.
• Inspect and monitor all systems to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety.

2. Budget & Documentation

• Prepare and control the maintenance budget including spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance progress and costs.

3. Team Supervision

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians, cleaners, and contractors.
• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure all team members follow company policies and safety rules.
• Schedule shifts and ensure proper manpower coverage for all locations.

4. Equipment & Asset Management

• Monitor all equipment performance and recommend replacements when necessary.
• Maintain an updated inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Ensure playground and electrical equipment meet operational standards.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Conduct routine safety inspections of all facilities.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately to management.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate maintenance work with the Operations, HR, and Procurement teams.
• Communicate clearly with all departments about repair schedules and possible disruptions.
• Supervise contractors and suppliers performing external maintenance services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning systems is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Working Conditions:
• Full-time position with flexible schedule (including weekends or evenings if needed).
• Based at company sites or branches as required.
• Must be available for urgent repair calls or emergencies.
