1. Warehouse Operations

• Plan and run daily warehouse operations — receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch — hitting targets with no bottlenecks.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO, 5S, and SOPs across every process; audit compliance regularly.

2. Logistics & Delivery Management

•  Plan delivery routes, coordinate dispatch schedules, and resolve issues fast.
• Ensure accurate DO, invoice, and POD documentation.

3. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels, conduct counts, and maintain accurate WMS records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

4. Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and hold the team accountable, running daily briefings on KPI performance.
• Train and coach every team member to full SOP and safety competency.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce PPE and safety standards; conduct regular inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and transport regulations.

6. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate closely with production and customer service teams.

7. KPI & SOP Ownership

• Own core KPIs — dispatch, accuracy, inventory, dock-to-stock — and drive corrective action on any miss.
• Keep the SOP library current and audit adherence on a fixed schedule.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant practical experience will also be considered.
•  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of WMS or inventory systems.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO and inventory reconciliation.
