Jobs Description

Own EDX's voice across Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube and wherever the next platform emerges
Build a content engine that educates first and converts second, Cambodia is still early, most users need to understand crypto before they trust it
Create and manage original content in English, Khmer, and Chinese that breaks down complex concepts (perpetuals, RWA, liquid staking) without dumbing them down
Grow and manage our KOL network, find the right voices in the Cambodian and Southeast Asian Web3 space, brief them properly, track what moves the needle
Run community management across our Telegram groups- good vibes only, but with substance behind every response
Coordinate with Compliance before anything goes live- we're regulated, and that's a feature, not a bug
Track what's working (reach, engagement, sign-ups from social, referral activations) and double down relentlessly
Hype EDX events before they happen, cover them live, keep the energy going after

Jobs Requirement

Has 2–4 years in social media, ideally in crypto, DeFi, Web3, or financial services
Thinks in memes but writes in strategy
Has built or grown a crypto community- not just managed one
Understands the Cambodian social landscape (Facebook is king, Telegram is the real community layer, TikTok is exploding)
Can write clean, sharp copy in English- Khmer fluency puts you at the top of the pile
Knows your way around a wallet, has made a P2P trade, and can explain an NFT to your parents
Is deeply allergic to misinformation, FUD, and hype that doesn't hold up
