Objectives of the role

• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and civil works.
• Develop MEP work schedules aligned with the overall construction program.
• Participate in design coordination and project planning meetings.
• Identify potential clashes and propose engineering solutions.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and Performance. Update as-built drawings and document site instructions and technical clarifications
• Supervise daily MEP installation activities.
• Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Verify installation quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients.
• Resolve technical issues during construction.
• Education and Experience

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Fresh-graduate also could try.
• Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
