Technical role:

• Support for IT requests (PC, Mac, Printers, Switches problems)
• Installation & Administration of Windows servers
• Management of AD & Entra ID

Microsoft 365 tasks:

• Promote usage of institutional technologies (Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams). Lead internal courses regularly organized by IT for company staff.
• Create SharePoint-based document management systems, lists, forms, and approval workflows.
• Implement company intranet and knowledge database with Sharepoint.

Project Management software engineering:

• Collaborate with the different support & research units of company to ensure the deployment and maintenance of automated applications using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Collaborate with the IT Unit to ensure governance, security, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection standards.

• M.sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in IT enterprise environment (Active Directory/Entra ID)
• Experience in virtualization with VMWare ESXi
• Good IT problems troubleshooting skills
• Good overview of the current field of Automation+AI systems
• Operative knowledge of 365 applications/ecosystem (Sharepoint, Onedrive, PowerAutomate)
• Previous experience in developing automation/AI agents (PowerAutomate, N8N, Clawbot)
