1. Primary & Secondary Electrical Design

• Designing single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, wiring control circuits, and interlocks.
• Calculating ratings for busbars, short-circuit withstand levels, and selecting components (circuit breakers, relays, CTs/PTs, fuses).

2. Mechanical Layout & Structural Enclosure Design

• Modeling panel structures, sheet metal enclosures, and busbar arrangements in 3D/2D CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN).
• Ensuring proper clearance, creepage distances, thermal ventilation, and arc-flash resistance.

3. Compliance, Codes & Standards

• Designing to meet industry standards like IEC 61439 / IEC 62271 or ANSI/IEEE / NEMA depending on the region.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, insulation, and IP (Ingress Protection) ratings.

4. Documentation & Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Preparing technical specifications, BOMs, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and manufacturing releasing drawings.
• Assisting production and testing teams during panel fabrication and factory acceptance testing (FAT).

5. Cross-Functional Support & Customization

• Coordination with sales/tender teams to review client specifications and estimate costs.
• Providing technical guidance to production, quality control, and testing engineers on the assembly floor.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Skills: CAD software proficiency (E-PLAN Electric P8, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Low-Voltage (LV), Medium-Voltage (MV), or High-Voltage (HV) systems.
• Standards Familiarity: Practical experience with IEC/IEEE standards and type-testing procedures.
• Have Experience 2-5 Year of Electric Panel.
