Design Creation & Support for All Shops:

• Design flyers, banners, posters, menus, vouchers, backdrops, and campaign artwork.
• Support Company, Funmily, Kmengland, and Arcade zones with tailored visuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop monthly design themes (M+1).
• Assist in workshop materials, birthday signage, and internal branding kits.

Artwork Resizing & Shop Display:

• Resize existing designs to fit multiple formats (A4, social media, TV screen, etc.).
• Prepare print-ready files and assist with sticker and sign placement at each location.
• Ask each Shop Manager if there are extra sticker needs and consolidate print jobs to save cost and delivery fees.

Content & Campaign Coordination:

• Send confirmed marketing artwork to mall partners to support joint promotions.
• Collaborate with Assistant Marketing to ensure proper scheduling of artwork.
• After final approval and translation (by Yvoone), schedule artwork posting:
• Telegram Channel
• Mall Social Media (Schedule Day -3 before event launch)

Influencer & Internal Team Collaboration:

• Support influencer campaigns by preparing branded visuals, logo overlays, and frames.
• Provide visuals that match the influencer’s content format and brand voice.
• Work closely with Content Creator to align video/photo posts with visual campaigns.

Artwork Scheduling & File Management:

• Create and organize event tracker for all shops, updated monthly (M+1).
• Ensure timely delivery of design materials to shop managers and print vendors.
• Store design files properly by date, campaign, and format for easy access by the team.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (portfolio required)
• Strong layout, color sense, and family-friendly visual design ability
• Able to resize, adapt, and prepare artwork for both digital and print
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating with internal shop teams and outside vendors
• Familiar with Telegram and Facebook page scheduling tools
• Fluent in Khmer; basic English understanding is a plus
• Bonus: Experience in printing preparation (bleeds, sizing, file formats).
