Jobs Description

Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients (B2B) and public sector/government agencies (B2G).
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach, needs discovery, and product presentations to RFP response, contract negotiation, and close.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, procurement officers, public safety officials, and operations directors.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Work with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored drone/UAS hardware, software, and payload solutions that solve specific operational challenges.
Coordinate and conduct live flight demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients and government committees.
Monitor government portal listings for upcoming public safety, infrastructure, or defense procurement opportunities.
Lead bid preparation, ensure regulatory and technical compliance, and write comprehensive RFP/RFI proposals tailored to government standards.
Understand public procurement frameworks, vendor registration requirements, and government buying cycles.
Stay up to date on drone industry trends, airspace regulationsand competitive offerings.

Jobs Requirement

At least 2 years of successful B2B/B2G sales experience, preferably in drones/UAS, robotics, geospatial technology, security technology, or enterprise hardware/SaaS.
Familiarity with commercial drone use cases (e.g., surveillance, mapping, LiDAR inspection, defense, delivery) and aviation regulations.
Willingness to travel nationally/regionally for client meetings, site assessments, and flight demonstrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
