Jobs Description

Prepare and implement in bound and out bound SOP and calling script
Manage on call metrics include daily report, status, and summary of key issue
Working closely with medical team and sales team to increase sales throughout bound channel
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Proactively reach out to customers following up on purchases, inquiries, or resolving any outstanding issues
Offer customers the most suitable options for infant formula milk, ensuring tailored recommendations.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of customer service/call center experience, preferably as mommy from in infant milk powder industry (eg: Dumex, Similac,..etc)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Good command of Khmer and English.
