• To hunt for OceanPlus FCL&LCL and FFW
• To strengthen our sales coverage and further expand OLL business for garment segmentation and trading BCO market that are located far away from Phnom Penh city.
• To work on achieving the sales and contribution GC for FCL&LCL, E2E development with liner and air freight, but not limited with target profit 3 times of candidate salary
• This sale needs to travel about 80% of their work to meet customers within phone Penh area or the provinces nearby the city
• To ensure that 40 times sales call per month is performed and update the sales activity on a daily basis in the sales system or newly assigned system.
• To send out 2 sales lead per month to CCP office for both inbound and outbound cargoes.
• To update and maintain the Target Account on the list to have sufficient prospect lifting volume of 50 teus per week to ensure that the weekly, lifting target is reached which is equal to 3 months of sale salary
• To find two customers for bidding per quarter and ensure complete the RFP and RFQ correctly.
• To be a good back up plan for OLCAL sale team that is currently, we have only 2 staffs
• Other tasks to be assigned by management from time to time.
