• Team Leadership: Lead the automation team in scoping, designing, implementing, and testing automation solutions.
• Technical Management: Manage programming activities including PLC, HMI, FAT, EMS, BMS, SCADA, and automation devices from vendors such as LSE, Schneider, ABB, and AREAL.
• Business Support: Support marketing, business development, and sales teams in presenting automation and control solutions to customers.
• Project Coordination: Ensure effective project implementation in collaboration with suppliers, customers, and Company departments.
• Client & Service Support: Provide auditing, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for external clients and Company service divisions, with timely status updates.
• Training: Train internal teams and customers/end‑users on automation systems.
• Innovation: Maintain and update industry knowledge and digital developments to support innovation within Company
• Energy Efficiency: Support Company nergy Lab in implementing energy‑efficient solutions within Company facilities.
• Project Collaboration: Assist EES & PRC projects, including testing and commissioning related to monitoring and automation scopes.
• System Maintenance: Install, maintain, and replace automation systems at key points in the production process.
• Documentation: Write user manuals to communicate program functionality and prepare/ archive project documentation.
• Reporting: Provide periodic reports to the Director on automation capabilities and project status.
• Performance Management: Drive process performance to meet business and customer needs.
• Collaboration: Ensure collaboration across sites through applicable process groups.
• Project Completion: Oversee completion of high‑level projects and investigations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Automation Engineering or related field.

Computer Skills:

• AutoCAD 2D (excellent proficiency)
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Gmail
• Microsoft PowerPoint (basic knowledge)

Technical Expertise:

• Strong familiarity with PLC software, SCADA, and HMI systems
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation processes in panel building
• environments.
• Languages: Good command of both English and Khmer.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven
• leadership in technical teams.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in automation, control systems, or the panel building
• industry,with proven leadership experience.
