• Pre‑Sales Tasks: Review customer designs and tender documents, draft panel views, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for assigned projects.
• On‑Sales Tasks: Verify panel views, prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), design nameplates, and create Single Line Diagrams (SLD) in compliance with Company standards.
• Product Design: Develop accurate product designs that meet recognized standards and align with company solutions.
• Cross‑Team Communication: Coordinate effectively with the Manufacturing Methods Team (MMT), production, and sales teams to ensure projects are producible and meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve production issues related to wiring or panel design, report to the Electrical Methods Leader and managers, and implement corrective actions including updates to SLDs, enclosure views, and BOQs.
• Reporting: Provide efficient reporting to management, including task updates, workload assessments, and expected completion timelines
• Progress Updates: Keep the Technical Team Leader informed of design progress and any changes. .

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in MEP work in Cambodia as a Senior Electrical Engineer, or prior involvement in panel‑building activities.
• Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of MV and LV distribution and control systems, key solutions, and leading manufacturers.
• Meeting Participation: Strong ability to participate effectively in technical meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in professional‑level English, both written and spoken.
