• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Promote company services to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer service issues.
• Report on sales activities to the Sales Leader.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Support junior sales officers with guidance and advice.
• Meeting sales targets in competitive market conditions.
• Managing multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Adapting to evolving customer requirements.

• Knowledge of sales techniques, logistics and freight forwarding services, customer relationship management.
• Good communication, Negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• University degree (university degree in any field)
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in a Logistic industry)
• Strong understanding of the company’s products/services
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Benefits and Conditions:

• Working Time : 8:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 ~ 13:30)
• Working Day : Monday ~ Friday & Saturday (Half)
