• To manage rate quotations and internal updates in the in-house system.
• To convert sales lead into active customers.
• To achieve set targets for revenue and shipment volume growth through sales selling technique.
• Improve existing customer base and ensure profitable business is secured.
• Support inhouse system and E2E local business development and performance.
• Work with other indoor sales teammates on all cross-trade accounts.
• To work with CCP sales to maximize support to customers.
• Complete reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate update of customer information.
• Manage all customer issues relating to bookings.
• Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to the department's business processes.
• Study operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Hold bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year and above of relevant experience. familiar with PPT/EXCEL, extremely strong abilities in system learning and application, as well as data analysis.
