• Draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents in clear, professional
• English
• Research U.S. foundations, corporate giving programs, and government grant opportunities
• Track application deadlines and reporting requirements; keep the grants calendar current
• Gather program information from U.S. staff and turn it into compelling proposal narratives
• Support post-award reporting as needed

• Excellent written English — this is the core of the job; writing sample required
• Research skills and strong attention to detail
• Able to overlap working hours with U.S. Eastern Time mornings (Georgia, USA) forcoordination
• Nonprofi t or proposal-writing experience a strong plus
• Khmer–English bilingual preferred
• Self-disciplined and reliable working across time zones.

Working Terms & Conditions

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Occasional evening/weekend work
• 3-month probation
