Jobs Description

Commis II will be involved different assisting in kitchen and practicing the cooking skill by implementing them in the actual task throughout the kitchen.
A Commis II will be also worked closely to Sous Chef and other Commis I to prepare the standard food with sanitation and safety.
Cooking with personal hygiene and prepare food follow our kitchen recipe is your responsibility to ease the whole kitchen team. Other job assigned by Group Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Jobs Requirement

Minimum one year working experience with Hotels or restaurants.
Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine is a top priority.
Pleasant Personality and Healthy looking
Ability to work as a team.
Basic English communication is advantage
Be able to work with flexible shift.
Friendly, honest, reliable, punctual, detail oriented with positive attitude.
