Jobs Description

Maintain an active presence on the dining floor to monitor service quality, enforce restaurant policies, and ensure full compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff, addressing performance issues and administering disciplinary action when necessary.
Warmly greet guests, handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, and ensure a high standard of dining experience.
Inventory and supply ordering, tally daily receipts, prepare bank deposits, and assist with general administrative tasks.
Perform other related duties and special assignments as requested by management.

Jobs Requirement

At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience with a related qualification.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Proven capacity to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Commitment to enforcing and maintaining company policies and standards.
