Jobs Description

Plan and manage the development and improvement of new products (NPD) to ensure successful launches aligned with the master timeline.
Control and monitor R&D operational procedures to ensure full compliance with the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and quality standards.
Review, analyze, and compare formulation costs to optimize product expenses and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Verify and ensure that the methods, environments, and equipment used for raw material preparation are suitable, accurate, and up to standard.
Track and review all stages of the product design and development process to guarantee execution meets established goals and technical specifications.
Supervise, monitor, and guide subordinates to ensure effective team performance and alignment with operational plans.
Innovate and develop new products based on assigned concepts and target themes.
Provide technical guidance, advice, and product development data to internal and external stakeholders.
Test and evaluate alternative raw materials to optimize costs or enhance product performance.
Communicate and present complex technical data clearly to build understanding, trust, and confidence in the products.
Create products that align with customer requirements and current market trends.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct consumer surveys, analyze market needs, and propose innovative ideas for future Product development.
Collaborate closely with the Production Department to ensure the successfully transfer formulas from the laboratory to actual commercial manufacturing.

Jobs Requirement

Age: Not exceeding 30 years of age.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Research & Development, Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product research and development within the manufacturing/industrial sector.
Quality Systems: Good knowledge of quality management systems, including GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. ,and other.
Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Mindset: Highly creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical thinking skills.
Management Skills: High proficiency in project management, planning, Implementation, and data analysis.
Resilience: A Positive attitude And the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.
