Translation and Interpretation Duties

• Translate documents, emails, reports, and business materials between Khmer, English, and Japanese.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, and business visits.
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Administrative Support Duties

• Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Handle filing, data entry, and record-keeping tasks.

• JLPT N2–N1 qualification.
• Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or bilingual assistant is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
