• Develop yearly marketing plan & activities that add value to the achievement of company's goals and objectives • Conduct periodic review of market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implement marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market • Use sales forecasting and marketing strategy to ensure the sale and profitability of company products and/or services, analyzing business development needs and monitoring market trends • Organize and lead team to execute marketing activation within city and provinces • Work with related teams to discuss about product, service, operation and advertisement to accelerate branding • Collaborate with other teams to effectively implement the strategic marketing plan • Collect the competitors’ and market information, analyze data and report to direct manager • Keep searching opportunity for product and market improvement • Work closely with suppliers to ensure that the events and all materials are well managed in cost, design, delivery and execution

• Hold least bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related fields • Have at least 5 year experiences in FMCG marketing field, especially supervisory levels • Have strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirement • Have excellent managerial, supervisory and inter-personal skills, highly-developed communication skills • Honesty and ability to work individually and as a part of team and work under pressure • Good knowledge of English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet access Interested applicants should submit their CV and cover letter to Soma Group Co., Ltd. using the contact below no later than 17h00 30 July, 2017.
