-Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy -Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators -Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers -Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness -Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales -Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality -Marketing Management -Development and implementation of the Brand strategy -Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products -Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation -Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends -Product Development -Generating product and service idea from inception to commercialization -Lead in organizing activities involving in new product concept brainstorming -Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance -Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing -communications to meet product objectives -General -Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team -Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes -where appropriate. -Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally.

-Holds a Master Degree of Business Management with relevant work experience in a business development role -Experience working with sale management, market and product development -Good knowledge of bank, microfinance and leasing sector; -An out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable to a dynamic environment; -Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally; -Demonstrates the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail; -Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality; -Is self-motivated and committed to self-improvement; and -Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
