-Respond to implement valuation task assign by supervisor/manager and completed -it on time (date line) -Try to learn and practice valuation method (how to collection properties information, -Research, and analyze, making valuation document & report as follow natiostandard and international standard. -Try to understand about working flow valuation job, duty & self-responsibilities. -Go to do valuation case all over the country and complete before date line, Insure to implement the task as your professional skill, honest, integrity, balance, and working as team. -Involve in listing info, making market price info system, by commune, district for team‘s use in target area assign by manager/director -Building good relationship with banks and related department to reinforce working relationship and market network. -Try to be well understanding about market price system, category of properties & location geography. -Be a part of marketing person to advertise and promote all the company’s service to target customers.

-Graduated Bachelor Degree -Computer skills, Photo Shop, Coral Draw, words, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email. -Have good communication in Khmer, English, Chinese is plus -Friendly, enthusiasm, and have passion to grow in real estate industry. -Able to travel to the province and stay there over night when require -Honest, Integrity, and hard working, Be able to sustain under pressure
